Sign up for a MyAreaTrader account now, and build on the trust of having an account for an extended period of time. Build the comfidence in the items that you sell, as your membership date and total items are listed with MyAreaTrader.

Buyers

These classified ads are provided to you as a service. We assume no responsibility for the content of any of the ads placed on MyAreaTrader.com. It is your responsibility to conduct the transactions as you would using any classified newspaper or magazine. We attempt to connect you with the items that you wish to purchase in your own area, so you can see before you buy. If you decide to purchase an item out of your area, you arrage the transaction . MyAreaTrader is not in any way a party to any of the transactions that take place on this website.

Prohibited Items

The user shall not list any illegal items on this web site. This includes stolen or borrowed with out permission. No pornography or sexually explicit material shall be listed on this site. No adult toys shall be listed. No drugs, alcoholic beverages or any controlled substance shall be listed on this site. Fire arms of any type are prohibited from being listed. There will be no exceptions to this policy. All violators of our policies will lose their registration and all member privileges. If laws are violated the individual shall be subject to prosecution by applicable laws by the law enforcement personnel.

Sellers and Buyers

By listing your ad with us you agree to the terms of service of MyAreaTrader. We provide no guarantee of uninterrupted service beyond our control. We will attempt to provide the best service for our customers.

If there is a dispute between participants on this site, MyAreaTrader is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more members, you hereby release, MyAreaTrader, their officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time. Previously purchased plans will remain in effect for the term of the original offer, and only future offers will be affected by the new plans. We assume no liability incurred or inflicted other than to refund any fees paid.
